She was born on March 29 1985 in Roswell New Mexico. Gerina is the given name of her. Gerina Stevenson, the child of Mexican grandparents Rita Stevenson and Alan Stevenson. She is Mexican and American. Since the age of a child, she's always had a strong desire to participate in activities. Gerina started playing golf at the age of fifteen. Gerina completed her high school studies in Goddard High School. The school won at the New Mexico State Golf Tournament in her high school years. Also, she played volleyball at the level of state. 2003was the year she started her studies at the University of Texas. During her senior years she took home every single tournament she entered. In her undergraduate years she won the titles that included Conference USA Female Athlete and Conference USA Individual Player of the year.
