Canadian actress best known for playing Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. The actress began her role in the CBS show' Blood & Treasure, beginning in 2019. Other appearances include Earthstorm which aired in 2006 and The Perfect Neighbor, which she starred in 2005. Silk has a father, Peter Silk, an academic who hails from Fredericton New Brunswick Canada and Ilkay Silk, an actress producer director playwright educator. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Annas earliest memories of childhood include seeing her mother working during play rehearsals. Silk created a variety of commercials when she was young. Her Bachelor of Arts was awarded to her by St. Thomas University, in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was responsible for at least 2 performances in the early days of theatre. These were Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1998). Samuel and Levi the sons of Seth Cooperman are named. In 2009, she got the lead role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. The character she played Bo together with Lauren as lovers of the same gender on Lost Girl was named one of its all-time Favorite Television Couples by CNN and was named the top TV Couple for the year 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk has a large following on social media because of its popularity.
